Rapidez y profesionalidad
Quiero expresar mi agradecimiento al personal de Befara Directo por la atención y el trato que me han brindado, así como la rapidez con la que han gestionado mi pedido. Necesitaba una litera con medidas especiales para colocar en una caravana y me pasé mucho tiempo consultando en tiendas de muebles. Nadie se arriesgaba a dar precios y quienes lo hacían los tenían por las nubes.
En Befara me lo pusieron fácil desde el principio: la litera con las medidas que yo necesitaba sin sobrecoste. Nadie más me dio esa opción. El pedido lo realicé "in extremis", en fechas muy cercanas a las vacaciones, y fueron honestos desde el principio, no comprometiéndose con las fechas de entrega pero asegurándome que harían lo posible por entregarlo lo antes posible. En menos de dos semanas he tenido el pedido entregado en perfectas condiciones y el producto tiene el acabado y la calidad que esperábamos.
En mi opinión, un diez en todo para ellos. No he tenido ningún problema y se han comportado como auténticos profesionales.
