  • Logistics and transportation providers: we currently work with the following transportation companies: SEUR, DPD,  TRANSNATUR, EKOL, DACHSER, UPS, FRANCE EXPRESS, and SCHENKER. You can consult the information regarding the processing of information on their respective websites.

TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS:

  • For the management and dissemination of our catalog, we work with BEEZ UP: In this case, two types of information are collected.
  • Non-personal statistical information such as the source from which the user comes from and location.
  •  Data from MARKET Places (Amazon, Carrefour, Rue du Commerce, Cdiscount, etc.) that includes the name and amount of the order placed by the user on these platforms.

MARKETING AND ADVERTISING PROVIDERS and COMMERCIAL MANAGERS.

  • Comparators with logo integrated on the BEFARA homepage (Shopmania, Idealo, Livingo, Catalógate, Lions Home). Every time you visit our website, some data will be automatically transferred to their server, temporarily recorded for 7 days. The information stored until its automatic deletion will be: IP address of the terminal, date and time of the visit to the page, name and URL of the file in question, website from where the visit is made, browser used, and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your Access provider.
  • The temporary storage of the IP address by the system in the log files is necessary to be able to display the contents of the website as well as to ensure its full functionality. Additionally, this data also serves to optimize the website and ensure the security of computer systems. In no case will personal data be recorded. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Article 6, section 1, letter f) of the GDPR.
