Es bastante parecido a montar a caballo, no igual, por supuesto, pero sirve para hacer ejercicio de glúteos y de abdominales y mantener el equilibrio.
Super tolles Gerät, was auf jeden Fall viel Spaß macht und auch zu einem guten Training beiträgt. Die Steigbügel sollten jedoch weiter hinten, also unter dem Schwerpunkt befestigt sein, was dem Sitz auf einem richtigen Pferd näher kommen würde. Ausserdem wäre es noch schön, wenn es eine genauere Erklärung zu den jeweiligen Gangarten in der Anleitung geben würde. Ziemlich teuer, daher ein bis zwei Sterne Abzug.

Tolles Gerät, leider kann man es nicht auf sich persönlich einstellen und programmieren bei dem Preis. Ansonsten tolles Trainingsgerät.
