The Horse Riding Riding Machine has 4 speeds, 3 manual intensities for different training stages, and an automatic mode that adjusts to our physical conditions and is suitable for the initial sessions.

Additionally, it's important that after finishing the session, you don't dismount immediately and perform manual exercises on the machine with simple arm and leg movements. This will help prevent the feeling of weakness that occurs when we work our muscles intensively.
